WIN+R -> shell:AppsFolder open the folder where all apps are located.
Useful if you want to create a shortcut for a Windows Store installed app, for example.
C:\Users\Andre\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup or WIN+R -> shell:startup folder to put apps you want to autostart on login.
